These are Unisex, Fits loose/relaxed (SEE SIZE GUIDE IN PHOTOS). Some customers upsize to get the oversize feel
Material: Gildan
8 oz., 50% cotton, 50% polyester
Heather Sport colors are 60% polyester, 40% cotton
Font of the embroidery will be as pictured & all letters will be automatically capitalized (this cannot be changed).
Thread color can picked via the drop down box at checkout.
Embroidery is full front Only.
Please include your color choice for shirt and sizing along with name in the personalization section of the order. This is to ensure that you receive the exact items you're wanting incase the drop down menu's for choices aren't working correctly. Please know that all the colors listed in menu option are the colors in the photo posted in the listing. Sizing and colors may differ depending on supplier stock. If there is an issue with stock then I will reach out to you to discuss further options.
The stitching is held together with a stabilizer that is placed on the inside of the sweatshirt. This is the only way for the stitching to uphold onto the sweatshirts.
When ordering an item, please make sure to include the following in the notes to seller (if you choose to add a name or monogram) in order for the shop to know:
1. Names for sweatshirt ( Add the names that you would like added to front (Up to four names)
2. Color of sweatshirt (incase drop down menu isn't working)
3. Size of sweatshirt (incase drop down menu isn't working)
4. Thread color (if you want a different color versus a matching color)
****All items are handmade and won't be perfect so please keep this in mind when ordering anything handmade.****
If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing the order. There are no returns allowed on this item as it is personalized
They ship within 9-12 business days and take an additional 3-5 days to arrive. If you need them sooner please purchase our priority mail listing that will move your order up into production faster and be a 2-3 day ship time (in Continental US)

Please remember we do not control the mail system. Once we mail your items out, it is beyond our control for actual shipping time...so please always allow for enough time.
****WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR PRODUCT****
This is very important to follow to ensure the quality of the item purchased.
Machine wash inside out in cold water, gentle cycle; do not soak or bleach. Lay flat to dry or hang dry and if you need to iron, please make sure to iron inside out on low heat.
DO NOT iron the front or top of the actual design as it will cause melting and destroy the design.
