Note: If you do not state the size upon ordering, we will default for females (medium) and males (large).

The design comes with 1 school logo, graduate name, class year and 2 phots.
-please provide 2 photos (jpeg, jpg, or png) for best quality design
-each additional photo or design element (logo, quote, scripture, degree etc. is $5.00 extra each

Cancellation fee: $15.00 within 48 hours of submitting design. You will receive a refund for the difference.

If you choose to change photos from the original photos submitted, a change photo fee will be charged $5 for each photo swap.

Once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits. You will have 24 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, your item may be sent to production without changes.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose. We will try to make reasonable accommodation to reprint your item(s) at a discounted rate (up to 50% depending on the item), but we will not ship out a replacement until the replacement fee has been paid.

We try to have all orders processed within 7 -10 business days. However, due to the volume of orders, we ask for a need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order inch which they are needed and not in the order they were received.
